1. What We Do

QRBilly is a free tool that lets you create static QR codes for:

• URLs
• Text
• Email
• Phone
• SMS
• WiFi
• vCard

You can download your QR codes in PNG or SVG format.

QR codes generated on QRBilly are static and do not expire. Once created, the data is permanently embedded in the code.

Creating an account is optional. Accounts allow you to save your designs.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The content you encode in your QR codes
• Ensuring you have permission to use any URLs, logos, or materials
• Testing your QR codes before printing or distributing them

QRBilly does not control or monitor the content users encode.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use QRBilly to create QR codes that link to or contain:

• Illegal content
• Malware, phishing, or scams
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Harmful, abusive, or deceptive material

We reserve the right to block access for misuse.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity under your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

5. No Guarantees

QRBilly is provided “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

• The website will always be available
• QR codes will scan perfectly in every situation
• That third-party links will remain active

You use the service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QRBilly is not responsible for:

• Lost profits or business losses
• Damages caused by broken links
• Issues caused by third-party content
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QRBilly means you accept the updated Terms.
